I reserve the right to decline any commission or cancel at any time with a full or partial refund given based on the progress made if the commissioner has failed to follow the TOS.

I do not give refunds except for the reason stated above.

I will not begin your commission until I can confirm the payment has been made.

wips will be provided upon request.

You may check the progress of your commission here.

You may also DM or Email me for an update. Please wait at least a week before requesting another WIP update.

Once I have confirmed your order you have 48 hours to pay.

Orders with payments not sent within 48 hours will be canceled.

Once payment has been received your commission may no longer be canceled.

I only accept payment in USD.

You may use your commission for any personal uses such as profile icons, forum signatures, page decoration, stream resources, and so on, as long as you give proper credit (i.e linking my Twitter or Instagram handle in the description or somewhere visible)

You may not use the finished artwork to produce merchandise unless you have purchased commercial rights.

You may repost the artwork you have ordered with proper credit.

Please refrain from altering the image. (editing for cropping, color filters, etc. is fine but please do not use the artwork as a base or draw on it.)

You are not allowed to take credit for the drawing in any way.

You are not allowed to use your commission for the production of AI-generated artwork

I do not work with individuals who support NFTs, nor do I accept commissions for the purpose of creating NFTs.

I hold the rights to any commissioned images and may use them in any way I see fit. (promoting myself, reposting, etc. I will never use your commissioned artwork to produce merchandise or to make a profit.)

Please understand that I may post your commissioned artwork on my social media or use it as an example artwork for my commission website.

If you wish for the artwork to not be uploaded anywhere at all, I will charge an additional +50% of the commission price.

If the artwork is intended as a gift, please tell me when I may post the artwork. I will not charge an additional fee for this as long as the date is within the next month.

I will charge an additional 100% of the total commission price if you would like to use the artwork for commercial purposes. (i.e producing merchandise)

I do not consider the use of the artwork as an icon, banner, or streaming asset as commercial use, so long as there is visible credit somewhere in the description/bio.

Please note that I primarily use pastel colors in my artwork, as well as color filters. The colors may differ slightly from the reference sheet due to this.

Please let me know if you would like me to eyedrop colors from your reference sheet or refrain from using color filters.

you may request small changes such as color/detail corrections.

Major changes such as pose or outfit changes will not be allowed. If you want a specific outfit or pose drawn, please let me know beforehand.

Please make sure you clearly state everything you would like corrected.

I will not be responsible for making major corrections if you have a blurry or unclear reference.

Please make sure your references are of clear quality before ordering, and make a clear note of easily missed/misdrawn details.

You may not make alterations to your model ( i.e drawing on new expressions, outfits, recoloring etc ). If you would like to have alterations made, please contact me instead.

Please let me know if you are planning on reselling the model and to whom the model has been resold to.

Please do not resell the model for more than you have paid for unless you are including additional artwork or assets.

Please do not use the model artwork to sell merchandise (i.e using the model PNG to make keychains, stands, etc)

Please credit me as the creator of the model. (Mama, ママ, Artist, or Modeler are all fine!)
